6-Week Horsemanship Program

WARNING: under Massachusetts Law, an equine professional is not liable for any injury to, or death of, a participant in equestrian activities resulting from the inherent risks associated with such activities, as outlined in Chapter 128, Section 2D of the Massachusetts General Laws. The undersigned, in consideration of utilizing the facilities of PREC, Ltd. or Dawn M. Cook for activities including, but not limited to, riding lessons and participation in the horsemanship program, agree for themselves (and for said child, if any) to irrevocably waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless PREC, Ltd and Dawn M. Cook, their owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and all riding instructors of Dawn M. Cook, as well as any owners of the horses involved in these activities. This includes protection against any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions for loss or damage to personal property of the undersigned (and said child, if any) and for personal injury that may occur through the use of these facilities. The undersigned fully understands the inherent risks involved in engaging with horses and appreciates their size, strength, unpredictability, and sensitivity.
